Your scanner comes with a 2 Year Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) Warranty. With the AUE program, our goal is to get a replacement scanner into your hands as fast as possible, limiting any service interruption. The warranty process is quick and smooth making any claims stress free.
- Replacement Unit - If you encounter a hardware issue, report it to the bank immediately. A replacement scanner will be shipped to replace the defective unit. The replacement unit is yours to keep.
- Return the Defective Unit - Place the defective unit in the replacement scanner box. Use the prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any UPS site.
